If you’re planning any travel this summer, you can let us know ahead of time to help reduce the risk of your debit card being blocked for suspicious activity. You can call or text us Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 870-994-2311 to let us know the dates and states you will be traveling to and we will add an alert to your account.

If SHAZAM does suspect fraud on your account, you’ll first receive a text alert to verify the transaction. If you don’t reply to the text, or your phone number on file at FNBC is not a mobile number, SHAZAM will attempt to reach you via automated voice call.
