FNBC Bank has hired Debbie Reynolds to lead the retail operations of its newest office in Jonesboro, located at 1118 Windover Road. Currently operating as a Loan Production Office, FNBC has applied for and received approval from the Arkansas State Banking Department to open in Jonesboro as a full-service bank on Jan. 2, 2019.

FNBC expanded into the booming Craighead County market in late August following the hire of Community President Brad Snider and seasoned commercial bankers J.R. Blackburn, Brock Fletcher and Laura McCain. Combined, the entire team brings over 100 years of banking experience.

“Our team hit the ground running, and in three short months made tremendous headway in Jonesboro,” said FNBC CEO & President Marty Sellars. “We are excited to soon be able to provide deposit and treasury services for our new and existing clients. Debbie is a trusted banker in the market, and I have no doubt her retail leadership will serve our office well.”

With over 30 years of experience building commercial and personal banking client relationships, Reynolds will work alongside Snider and the lending team to grow the bank’s deposit portfolio in Craighead County.

A native of Jonesboro, she and her husband, Randy, now live in Bono and have two children.

FNBC, a $455 million-asset community bank, announced the opening of its LPO in Jonesboro in late August. Headquartered in Ash Flat, it serves a six county footprint throughout North Central and Northeast Arkansas. Jonesboro is its eleventh and newest location.

In 2016, FNBC received designation as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). CDFIs are certified through a rigorous process by the CDFI Fund, part of the U.S. Department of Treasury, which indicates that the bank has devoted at least 60 percent of its total lending, services and other activities to benefit low-income communities. This designation allows FNBC to be eligible for grant opportunities to ensure fair access to financial resources for underserved people and communities.
