Jessica Harper to lead FNBC Treasury Management Services

Jessica Harper has joined FNBC as Vice President of Treasury Management Services, a newly formed division for the commercial lending bank.

In this new role, Harper will lead the design, development, implementation and execution of FNBC’s treasury management services program, including oversight of policies, procedures, calling programs, staffing, sales and achievement of program goals and objectives. She will lead a team that provides deposit service, strategy and support for businesses across FNBC’s footprint.

A native of Thayer, MO, Harper brings more than 14 years of banking experience to FNBC, with a background in business services and strategy, and sales and marketing.

She and her husband, Brad, reside in Thayer and have two children.
