FNBC sponsors Thunder on Thunderbird

FNBC will once again be the presenting sponsor of Cherokee Village’s Thunder on Thunderbird Fireworks Show. Molly Carpenter, FNBC Vice President of Marketing recently presented Thunder on Thunderbird organizers with a $6,500 sponsorship check. This year’s event is scheduled for Thursday, July 4 starting at 7 p.m. at the Lake Thunderbird Dam in Cherokee Village.

The event will kick off with the annual patriotic boat parade around Lake Thunderbird at 7 p.m. The fireworks are scheduled to begin at approximately 9 p.m. Concessions will be available for purchase this year near the Marina.

The community is invited to attend and bring lawn chairs and blankets. The River 98.3 will be broadcasting patriotic music to go with the fireworks.
